Polling groups like to track the approval rating of politicians. What's your approval rating for President George W. Bush?
This is another one of those attempts by Vox to discriminate against non-Americans by asking questions irrelevant to the rest of the world.

Problem is that I am not sure I really should be commenting on the president of another country. Fact is that we outside of America would be rating him solely on the US's foreign policy. We know nothing about his economic, educational, social welfare and other track records. It would simply not be an informed answer.
Unless ... we non-Americans were asked to rate him on his foreign policy.
